Back to your real beeing. It means loosing your mental construction and watching back the ground of your actual existence. Vaidic definition is: Yogah ChitVriti nirodhah, it happsn only when Tada Drashtuh Swarupewasthanam. It ist the state of beeing stablise in pure awareness than the mental movement. There are five Vritis of Mind(Chitta) . Praman /experiencing and defining, Viparyaya/arranagment, changing and illusion, Vikalpa / Option than not the actual solution, Nidra/Sleep, Smriti/to memorise or remembering the past experience. Smirti based on Prmana and it is not direkt experience of andy Objekt rathern than experiencing on the behalf of past experience that`swhy smrite is alway less then Proof. If your state is not one of five, possible you will finde you in other state which is not known but the experience will be exilent and its result as objekt will known as yoga. - Kashi
